Ski/Sledding Area

 

 

 

 

 

¨ Located across the street from the Section 1 entrance.

 

¨ Open seasonally.  Weekend hours are 9:30 am to 4:00 pm for skiing (open mid-week during holiday school breaks).

 

¨ Sledding  -  Weekend hours 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.  Monday - Friday  12  noon  - 10:00 pm (Providing snowmaking is not in progress)

 

¨ Snack Bar hours coincide with the ski area hours.

Stables

¨ Staffed daily from  8:30 am to 5:00 pm except closed on Tuesday & Thursday, and daily for lunch.

 

¨ Hours of operation vary seasonally (call the stables for more information and extended summer hours).

 

¨ Pony Rides, Trail Rides, and Ring Rides.

            Trash Area

 

¨ GATE CARD REQUIRED

¨ Available to homeowners only (higher assessment than lot owners to cover trash cost).

¨ Open Daily (from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm).

¨ Cardboard container separate from compactor.

¨ Bulk Items are not permitted—violators will be fined.

¨ Located in Section 1 and is available for special events.

Clubhouse

¨ Located at the Clubhouse in Section 1.

¨ The office hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Monday through Saturday) and closed for major holidays (i.e. New Year’s Day, Easter,  Memorial, Thanksgiving, and Christmas).

Outdoor Swimming Pools

¨ Playing time will be one hour. If  no one is waiting, play may continue until someone comes; players then must finish game as soon as possible.

 

¨ Courts will be kept neat and clean by players

¨ One heated pool at Section 1 and one at Section 3.  Anticipated opening date of  May 24th and anticipated closing date of September 7th.
